Fixed Amount Service Charges

Service charges can now be configured as either a percentage of the order subtotal or a fixed amount per order.

This provides more flexibility when applying flat venue charges, sustainability fees, or other operational costs that need to be applied per order.

Percentage or Fixed Amount per Order

Operators can choose whether a service charge is calculated as a percentage of the order subtotal or applied as a fixed amount. This allows service charges to match different operational needs across venues and events.

Individual Tax Rates for Each Service Charge

Each service charge can have its own tax rate. This ensures that fees can be configured according to the appropriate tax treatment when applied at checkout.

Configuration by Revenue Center

Service charges can also be configured individually for each revenue center. This allows operators to apply different charges across bars, vendors, or other points of sale while maintaining precise operational control.
