Delayed tab payments

Bartender 3.11.8+

Card-present payments are now authorized first, then captured automatically after a delay you configure per revenue center. This allows time for tip adjustments and voiding before the payment is finalized. New actions are available on the redesigned Payments page of the tab.

How It Works

1. Configure delay for tab payments from 0 to 36 hours
2. Guest pays: payment is created with Approved status
3. You can adjust tip or void the payment
4. After the delay, system captures the payment status changes to Paid
