Credit Card Surcharge
Requires Bartender 3.11.8+
A surcharge is a small percentage fee added to payment total to help recover transaction costs. It’s only applied to credit card transactions - other payment methods remain unaffected.

Example
If the surcharge for Visa is set at 3% and the order total is $100:
- If the guest pays with a Visa credit card, the total is $103
- If the guest pays with a debit card or cash, the total remains $100
