VIP drinks, staff meals, tasting credits, complimentary items, and special offers often sit outside the main POS workflow – managed through lists, paper vouchers, or manual discounts.

With Benefits, these scenarios can move directly into Billfold.

Guests or staff can be assigned a set quantity of eligible items in advance. At checkout, staff simply scan the wristband. If the cart contains an eligible item, Billfold applies the Benefit automatically and tracks its use.

This gives organizers more flexibility in how they manage different guest groups – from including drinks with VIP access and providing staff meals to running tasting programs or offering complimentary items without a separate redemption process.

Available quantities can be used gradually across multiple orders, while any other items are paid for as usual.

One workflow for different guest programs

They can become part of VIP service, staff allowances, sponsor activations, tasting programs, and other scenarios where it’s important to define in advance what is available to a specific guest or group.

For the team, that means fewer disconnected processes and less manual reconciliation after the event. Issued Benefits, their usage, and remaining quantities stay within the same Billfold workflow.
